Tucson Invitational Games Policies:

Accommodations: We are a “stay and play” event.
All teams requiring overnight accommodations MUST secure them through our office with selection from one of our hotel partners. Failure to do so will result in off-site property fee and of $1000.00

Full Payment Due: December 1st. Late Fee of $250 will be added if payment is received after December 1st.

Rain-out: We understand how important these games are for you, we will do everything in our power to reschedule your games that are rained out. If a game cannot be rescheduled you will receive a credit for the next time you return to the Tucson Invitational Games.

Date Changes: To ensure that you receive your schedule in a timely fashion, we ask that you submit any changes to your schedule by November 15. If you have any changes after November 15, there could be a $100 change fee per day for any revisions.
