Coaches Corner:

Coaches! Welcome to the coaches corner where you can find all the information you need regarding the T.I.G.

Registration Information:

Register now for the 2012 T.I.G. as we kick off the 11th Annual games. Some of the things we offer in Tucson include; no limit on the number of games you play, accommodating scheduling, a variety of competition, discounted hotel rooms and a plethora of attractions.

  • Register online now under the "Register to Play" tab on the left.
  • DII, DIII, NAIA, and Jr. College Dates of Play - February 24th - April 1st, 2012
  • Game Fee - $75.00 per game. (Register after November 1, 2011 game fee is $125 per game)
  • 3% processing fee for all payments with credit card

Accommodations:

Because the T.I.G. offers a wide variety of hotels and condos we are now a “stay and play” event. This will not change the hospitality you will receive, we want to make it convenient for you and your team. If you don’t see a hotel on our website that you prefer or would like to stay at please contact us so that we can secure that hotel or property and that will ensure you receive the best discounted rate. Please note that if you choose not to stay at one of our properties there will be a $500 off-site property fee.  If you have any questions or want to make a reservation please contact our office at 520-777-7680.

 

Lincoln Park:

Lincoln Park, the home of the T.I.G. sits on a 19 acre desert oasis that includes the Julie Reitan softball complex, soccer fields, baseball fields, Clements Center, Pima Community College and the Fred Enke Golf Course.

Field amenities for the games include:

  • Clay Mounds/Homeplate
  • Full Concession Stand - Team Meal Plans available
  • Restrooms
  • Break-Away Fences
  • Iced Water Coolers on Bench
  • Merchandise
  • Bleachers
  • Complete ADA accessible

Tucson Invitational Games Policies:

Rain-out: We understand how important these games are for you, we will do everything in our power to reschedule your games that are rained out. If a game cannot be rescheduled you will receive a credit for the next time you return to the Tucson Invitational Games.

Date Changes: To ensure that you receive your schedule in a timely fashion, we ask that you submit any changes to your schedule by December 10, 2011. If you have any change after December 10, 2011, there will be a $100 change fee per day that needs to be changed.
